Youth Wellness and Strength Development
Fitness is not just for athletes that play an organized or conventional sport. Start good habits while our children are young with knowledge, good form and a community that supports healthy lifestyles. Our 4 week rotating program can help the non athlete, fitness minded or even those in need of an activity to develop a passion for fitness and create solid life habits for living a healthy life.
We will focus on building strength safely and eating for fuel with healthy youth friendly meals.
