Kateri – Strength & Lifestyle Training
Kateri holds a degree in kinesiology and is a nationally ranked Olympic weightlifter, with previous world records in powerlifting. She focuses on building strong, confident, capable kids, whether they’re athletes or not. This is about creating habits, improving movement, and developing lifelong fitness.
Coray – Sports Performance Training
Former college football player with a degree in kinesiology. Coray focuses on speed, power, agility, and performance for athletes who want to compete at a higher level.

Group Classes
Join us Monday through Friday for 2 energizing classes each day, designed to challenge and support you.
Our one-of-a-kind format blends barbell strength training with bootcamp-style conditioning—all within a dynamic, 1-hour workout. Each session also includes functional-based movements to help improve mobility, prevent injury, and build a more resilient body.
We welcome every age, shape, and fitness level. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, you'll find support, strength, and community in every class.
Youth Fitness
At The Fitness Center, we proudly welcome youth starting at 12 years old into our community. Our goal is to help young members build a strong foundation for a safe, lifelong fitness journey.
We emphasize proper gym etiquette, barbell fundamentals, and form-focused training to ensure safety, confidence, and steady progress. Our supportive environment is designed to uplift and guide youth of all levels, with encouragement from both our team and members.
We also offer small group training specifically tailored for youth, promoting healthy movement patterns, balanced growth, and a positive mindset around fitness.
