Sports Performance/Athletic Conditioning
Our program will run for 6 weeks, with a progression plan designed to build strength, increase speed & agility, and prevent injury! It will incorporate sports specific movements designed to optimize the skills and techniques needed for all athletes.

Coach DJ- DJ has experience that will build a unique and diverse program. He worked with the Philadelphia Eagle (strength and Conditioning intern) for 4 years, 4 years in a physical therapy facility, head strength and conditioning coach for school districts, and competed at a D1 level in track and field. He’s also played many sports and has had experience in training a diverse group of athletes.
DJ is also available for personal training and small group sessions for an added fee. Feel free to ask about off-site training, team training or sport specific programming.
